When I started my business, I used what I had at home for my office supplies.
And that included colored copy paper.
But then I got a crazy idea … why not stand out just a little bit more by sending letters on colored paper?
So when I call to follow up on my letters, I refer to “two letters on blue paper” and that might stand out a bit more in someone’s mind since most other mailers are white or full-colored brochures or pamphlets.
So that’s how my thrift store purchase that I made for extra copy paper to have at home for my personal use led to my business decision to replace that blue paper to send future mailers.
