Testimonials and Reviews Should Be Part of Your Regular Process

Happy customers almost never leave reviews on their own — they need a gentle nudge at the right moment.

Build asking for a review into your normal workflow. After a job is complete or a service is delivered, send a simple message thanking the customer and including a direct link to your Google review page.

Don’t wait days or weeks — ask while the positive experience is still fresh. A steady stream of new reviews, even just one or two a month, signals to both search engines and potential customers that your business is active and trustworthy.

Testimonials are free advertising written by other people on your behalf.
