Writing services
- Think along the lines of articles for your website or news releases or blog articles or FAQ and news information posts to clients or future prospects
- Adding ongoing content helps with SEO on your website
- Articles for printed newsletters can range from specials to staff outlines to safety reminders or seasonal tasks
Phone calls, transcription or phone messages services
- Cold calls to potential clients, or reviews updates, vendor requests, former client contacts, etc.
- From doing 22 years of phone calls, interviews over the phone and taking detailed phone messages, I do well with professional phone calls out or messages given to me if you need that service.
- Do you have a list of calls that just never get made? I can get them done so you can focus on other tasks.
- Most opportunities are “warm” contacts — such as past clients or a quote that was not sold. They are warm because they are expecting to hear from you or are familiar with what services you offer.
- I’ve also done “cold calls” from a web search to ask about interest in a service quote.
- Because each phone call is unique, if someone gets upset, I’m able to quickly reset and move on to the next one. I have a thick skin because I don’t take frustration personally and understand that a “no” is not an attack.

What experience do you have?
I did 12 years of newspaper experience in 5 states, mostly in weekly newspapers in rural communities.
Plus I have 12 extra years of marketing and administrative work in for 1 retail business, 2 insurance agencies and several nonprofit organizations.

What makes you unique?
- I love making cold calls! I enjoy the challenge of turning them into warm contacts. I know, it’s weird!! But I’ll take that as a compliment in the business world.
- I enjoy helping others. So I’m happy to learn software or add skills to help my clients.
- I enjoy variety! Yes, I could get a job at one office to help just one business. But I’d rather help several smaller clients with their needs instead.

My business is registered in the Inland Northwest quadcities (Lewiston, Idaho; Clarkston, WA; Moscow, Idaho; and Pullman, WA;) but I’m willing to help anyone in the US with their business or personal admin and marketing needs.
