Access to resources for your insurance agency support
I’m here to do whatever methods you want to utilize for your agency outreach – like a part-time Virtual Admin Assistant or Marketing Assistant.
Are you bogged down by service work and don’t have time for marketing tasks? I only do marketing work and I can fill in gaps in your marketing strategy.

There are many options and you know what works best.
How many unsold quotes are in your database?
Do you need support having mailers sent to your past clients?
Or could I reach out to anyone you did quotes for that are still in a proposal stage that haven’t been sold?
Do you have ideas for better customer retention from the start of your relationship?
- Some carriers suggest sending a Welcome Kit. I’ve helped with those.
- Do you offer a newsletter to stay connected throughout the year between renewal reminders to your clients?
- How are you reaching out to your prospects so they know to call or email you the next time they need to shop for their coverage?
- I’m here to help with those needs or any others you might consider.
Why am I interested i helping your agency?
- I did marketing work in a 104-year-old 7-state independent insurance agency for 8 years.
- I was never a licensed agent, I worked behind the scenes to support them.
- Before insurance work, I did newspaper work for 12 years doing writing, editing, page design, photos and event coverage in several weekly news products.
- I even worked at 5 states for news experiences — Idaho, Louisiana, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas.
- You can find my LinkedIn page here with all of the details from my personal career.
- Or find out more about my history.

A passion for supporting your growth
Maybe you haven’t considered mailers to ask for referrals or remind about cross-sell promotions; or phone calls to contact prospects; or newsletters to increase your retention.
Or maybe you just don’t have anyone in the office to do those – between quotes, claims, rewrites, and other insurance tasks.
Database cleanup & list management
How are your records from past marketing campaigns? Do you still have any outdated prospecting lists cluttering your files? I can work with you to clean those up.
Social media posts
Do you not know what to post? How
about historical posts from memorable claims?
Or staff or Agent bio pieces?
Or safety tips to prevent claims (catch-22, right?)
Follow up on past leads
Do you have Xdated quotes from 9 months ago that didn’t sell — or maybe a few years ago.
So with a quick review, you could add those potential sales this year as competitors’ rates keep rising.
Client appreciation & Community Event coordination
Have you considered doing an event to raise awareness for your agency? I can provide some guidance and coordinate publicity plus also do the event planning tasks.
Phone call follow up contacts
Do you have a long list of phone calls that need to be made – and just no time to make them? Or maybe you have other template letters for renewal reviews or cross-sell opportunities that are just lost among renewal quotes during this hard market?
Online support
Around 63% of buyers start their insurance research online. If you’re not visible, you’re forgettable, especially as younger generations are moving away from their parental coverage.

Other stories
Here are a few stories that were most memorable in recent experiences:
- Malden wildfire with Nellie
- History of John Sullivan’s early years
- Sullivan’s hell raising Mustang
- I have several other stories also listed on my LinkedIn page under my publications tab
So, how much is this going to cost me?
My services are $30/hour.
Remember that non-sales contacts with your clients are an investment toward their retention, not a cost to you.
- I do monthly invoices in 1/8 hour increments, paid via Venmo, Paypal, through Melio, or by check.
- I don’t require a retainer
- I might be too trusting — but so far, it’s MOSTLY worked out for me since 2024.
- No minimum hours per month
- So if you have a slower season, you don’t have to find tasks for me to do.

So, are you ready to begin?
Or do you need to learn more first?
